Data, kept properly — collected, cleaned, connected and delivered on one record.
Datum Chain is where data work is run: client engagements, field collection, cleaning and quality checks, the datasets delivered, the sources they came from, the archives they rest in, and the governance that says how long records are kept and who may see them — one workspace, gated by holding the DAT token, with every document kept in a vault that hashes each file on arrival.
The module suite
Nine working records modules. Each is unlocked by holding DAT — 1 DAT per active module, held, never spent — and each keeps its own records in your workspace.
Client engagements by scope, from open to delivered.
Field collection jobs: the source, the records, the standard they were gathered to.
Datasets in cleaning: the task, the issues found, the state of the work.
Datasets delivered: to whom, when, and in what state.
Sources by type, with the records flowing from each.
Checks against datasets, with results on record — passed or not, in the open.
Client archives: what is kept, where, and in what volume.
Retention and access policies per record series, with reviews kept current.
Data services by region and stage.
How it works
Your wallet is your identity here. No passwords, no shared logins.
Modules unlock at 1 DAT held per active module. The tokens stay in your wallet — holding is the gate, never a payment.
Records, projects and reporting, plus the CCJV core modules — CRM, HR, projects, assets, accounting, calendar, IoT and the command center.
Uploads earn 1 DAT credit each and are hashed on arrival. Viewing a file costs 0.1 DAT per MB from your credits. Files are visible only to their owner.
How this service treats its people
Data work is done by people — field crews, cleaners, stewards — and their work is recorded as honestly as the data itself: what was gathered, by whom, to what standard, with the gaps named rather than hidden. No one pays for access to work here, no one’s engagement ends by an automated decision without a human conversation, and a dataset never claims a quality its checks did not earn.
Every other sector runs on records somebody collected, cleaned and kept. This is where that keeping is done in the open — engagements, datasets and quality checks on a registry anyone can verify.
