Data services, run as one record
Datum Chain’s services are the work the ERP modules on this site operate. Each service is delivered by people — field crews, data stewards, archivists — and recorded end to end.
Paper and legacy files converted into clean, searchable digital records, boxes tracked from shelf to archive.
Survey, inspection and sensor data gathered at the source, with the collection job and its sources on record.
Datasets cleaned, de-duplicated and checked; issues found are logged with the dataset, never hidden.
Kept datasets and business-intelligence dashboards for small and mid-sized organizations.
Mapping and location data services, from field capture to published layers.
Municipal and public-sector records platforms: open data published properly, archives kept to standard.
Continuous sensor feeds collected, cleaned and kept for industrial operators.
Retention, access and quality policies applied to the records an organization depends on — and reviewed on schedule.
Data centres — built and run
Datum Chain also builds and runs data centres: the facilities the data layer stands on. The build and the operation are recorded in the same ERP — a facility’s capacity, incidents and maintenance history sit beside the datasets it houses, so the record of a building and the record of its data are never in two places.
Data centres taken from build to operating, with the facility register kept from day one.
Power, cooling and space tracked per facility, so utilisation is a record, not a guess.
Incidents logged by severity and resolved in the open; the uptime record is the facility’s own.
Maintenance works scheduled by window and tracked to completion, per facility.
Work is engaged through the ERP portal: connect a wallet, hold DAT, and the modules open. The project slate shows the larger programs these services build toward.
